No Sew Quilted Card

I am back and have a wonderful card to share with you.  My friend Patti introduced me to Make It Monday and a few other blogs. Visit her blog at stationarystyle.blog and see some wonderful artwork!!
Make It Monday had a NoSew challenge and I made this card- too late for the challenge (I made the following Monday) but I like the card and want to share.

The paper products are all CTMH.  Colors are: Crystal Blue, Bamboo, Heavenly Blue and Sweet Leaf (green) from the paper pack Miracle.
The embossing folder is Divine Swirl from Provo Craft.  The buttons and waxy flax used in the button holes are from CTMH.  I love waxy flax, it s so easy to use.  The wax coating makes it very easy to thread holes, tie bows and form the thread to the shape you need.
The pearls and ribbon are also from CTMH.  I was a consultant for 7 years but with declining sales I am currently not selling the product.  If I were to get a few interested customers, I would consider signing up again the next time they have a great sign up bonus.  Let me know if you are interested.
The tri-fold card base is from K&Company called Beyond Postmarks.  It was one of the very first card making supplies I bought.  I don't remember where I got them from but it was a great deal: 6 cards and envelopes for $2.99.
Well back to cleaning my scraproom and then I hope to create something new today.  Remember everyday is a good day when you have INKYfingers!  See you next time.

Artwork for Pinterest

Baby Phae one page layout

My daughter Amber gave me her leftover photos to be creative with and I have been racking my brain on how to use different themed photos in two page layouts.  Well I it came to me the other day... I don't have to do two pages!!  I can make each wonderful photo a one page layout!!
My mind has been other places, doing other things because I just came up with that and have had the photos all winter!  Anyway here is the first photo !  Hope you enjoy.

I started with a 12" x 12" white cardstock.  I added the pink poke-a-dot washi tape and then the beautiful brown ribbon on the left.
I then started to measure and layout where the photo would be and how the flowers would overlay.  Most of all the product you see here is from CTMH.  Some of the flowers were already pink or white but I used reinker to die a few more the colors I needed to balance out the layout.
I used Stickles on the edges of the flowers to give a little sparkle as well in the chocolate color swirls on the top and bottom.  I placed the flowers along a piece of gathered lace and made the center of the flower to the far right with gathered lace.
I shared this with my daughter Amber and she loved it.  It was lots of fun.
Here is another view of the layout for a closer look.

I had a great time making this and cant wait to make the next one.  Please let me know what you think!  Thanks for stopping...Theresa
